Payment Methods

I use PayPal for international clients. For clients within the Philippines, we may use GCash, Maya, or direct bank transfer. Account details will be given in private messages.

Payment Terms

Final rates will depend on the client and type of work, but the minimum rate is $5 per 100 words. Unless negotiated otherwise, clients are expected to send over complete payment within one week after sending over the final work. After one week, late fees will incur, which will be an additional 0.5% of the total amount every day beyond the payment deadline.

Ownership

Clients are entitled to the First Rights of the final work, but drafts and variations remain my property. As the creator of the work, I also maintain the right to include any output in my portfolio.

Confidentiality

All parties involved in the work are not allowed to share sensitive information and documentation, such as bank details and chat logs, about the other to any third party without prior agreement.

Right to Decline

I maintain the right to accept and decline work based on values and preferences.
